Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (until October 31, 2025). Beginning November 1, 2025, our hours will be Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Meet Shawn Hern, Instructor & Managing Partner
Shawn has more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, and healthcare operations, he bring a wealth of expertise in training, mentoring, and guiding the next generation of senior living professionals. Throughout his career, he have successfully led multi-site senior living communities, driving occupancy growth, maintaining regulatory compliance, and achieving strong financial outcomes.
As a Caregiver and Manager Instructor, he is passionate about equipping caregivers and leaders with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to excel in providing compassionate, high-quality care. His teaching approach combines real-world experience with best practices in compliance, operations, and resident engagement, ensuring students are fully prepared to meet the demands of the industry.
